For the longest time forming an Australian locations guild was merely an idea, but with experienced locations crew answering the call in 2022, things started to happen very quickly! After many meetings and intense revisions by the foundation committee, a constitution was created and in June 2023 ALMG was launched to the world.

The ALMG National Executive Committee consists of highly experienced location department representatives from across all states in Australia. The committee meets monthly to discuss national industry and state matters and plans projects that would be of value to ALMG members and the wider screen community.
