ALMG WELCOMES SCREEN GUILD INDUSTRY SUPPORTERS: APDG & ACS

Australian Location Managers Guild (ALMG) is excited to announce a supportive relationship with Australian Production Design Guild (APDG) and Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS.) Both guilds generously offered knowledge and business advice that was instrumental to the successful set up of ALMG.

The ACS is Australia’s most established screen industry guild and was first founded by a group of cinematographers and camera operators in 1958. APDG as an idea, was born one Sydney summer afternoon in 2009, when an auditorium of designers had gathered to address the future of production design for stage and screen at AFTRS - the Australian Film Television and Radio School. Both guilds celebrate craft excellence with awards nights and provide a forum for education, mentoring and skills advancement. ALMG looks to these fantastic guilds for inspiration.
